Terms & conditions

These terms cover shopping at TechHub online and in store. The full terms are maintained by the business and published here by the admin team.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted when we confirm it. Payment is taken securely via Stripe; an order is only treated as paid once Stripe confirms the payment.

Delivery and Click & Collect

Delivery orders are fulfilled from the store best able to fulfil them from your delivery postcode and available stock. Click & Collect orders are collected from the store you selected at checkout — bring your order confirmation and ID.

Returns and refunds

You can return most unused items within 30 days for a refund. Faulty items are covered by your statutory rights and the product warranty. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Repairs

Repair prices are confirmed before work starts. If a device cannot be repaired economically, we will tell you before charging for parts.

Trade-in

Online trade-in values are estimates. The final value is confirmed in store after a physical inspection, and you are free to decline it.
