This is a summary of how TechHub handles your data. The full policy is maintained by the business and published here by the admin team.

What we collect

Your name, contact details, delivery address, order history, repair bookings and trade-in requests — only what is needed to run the shop, fulfil orders and provide repairs.

Location

If you choose “Use my current location”, your browser shares your position once to sort stores by distance. It is not stored. Postcode and manual store selection always work without it.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details never touch TechHub servers.

Your rights (UK GDPR)

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to legal record-keeping, e.g. VAT invoices). Contact us via the contact page to make a request.

We use essential cookies for the cart, your selected store and sign-in. Analytics cookies, if enabled, are described in the cookie banner.
